This mini retreat is an opportunity to take time for yourself, to unwind from the busy life and press pause. To allow you to reconnect to you and nourish your body, mind and soul. There is no right or wrong way to experience the weekend, as you will all take from it what you need. Just come with an open heart and mind and let the journey into you unfold.

I can't wait to hold space for you as you journey into you and reconnect to your inner guidance and wisdom through the art of bodywork.

This was so special. Initially, I thought it was gonna be a massage class. It was so much more.. Lynsey created a safe space for us to connect with each other. Allowing us to be with trauma, to really allow ourselves to feel it, not suppress and push it down. We brought it to the surface, nourished and soothed our woes.
Lynseys massage techniques linking breath with movement are divine. I had two ladies working on me and I could feel there beautiful Intent as the worked on me with lynseys Guidance. I cant wait for the next workshop and to have a tailer made treatment from Lynsey.
